I’m here because I believe you and I are born for a better world.
I’m here to offer you relief from the isolation and exhaustion in today’s consumer culture, a culture promoting only the consuming and producing version of ourselves.
I’m here to share a roadmap with you, a roadmap to creating your own culture of connection and belonging.
I want to inspire you to live in a way that gives your life richness and depth.
What I Do
I write about how you can break away from who the consumer culture wants you to be. I write about how you can reclaim the naturalness alive inside of you, and build a new culture of connection around you.
I talk about how you can liberate yourself from cultural isolation and exhaustion, and about how you can create cultures of inspired purpose, appreciation, and mutuality.
I support media professionals by sharing expert opinions and giving interviews on a wide range of topics, my favorite topic being the art and science of cultural transformation (within us and around us).
And I help my clients through therapy; I guide teams and leaders through customized workshops; and I support therapists in my clinical training programs.
